U-PVC foam inner spiral silencer pipe production line
◎The main machine adopts two twin-screw extruders for co-extrusion, advanced technology formula obtained through years of practice and experience. The specific gravity of the pipe can be reduced to 0.9 or less, and the foaming is uniform and the strength is high.
◎Specially designed co-extrusion die, only need to change the mandrel to produce solid wall tube, solid wall inner spiral tube, foam tube, foaming inner spiral tube.
◎Replace the mold to produce nano-antibacterial PVC water supply pipe, spiral silencer inside hollow wall, and multi-layer composite pipe, such as PVC/ABS.
